Office Manager

Responsibilities

Springs Capital (North America) has an opening for an Office Manager based in New York City. We are looking for a self-motivated, proactive, compassionate team player to join our team.

The Office Manager will be responsible for

• Establishing and implementing administrative system and procedures
• Organizing company daily operations, including meeting management, business trip arrangement, employee activities, reception of visitors, etc.
• Managing comprehensive administrative work, including vendor negotiation, fixed asset management, administrative procurement, office security, etc.
• Coordinating internal and external relationships

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in office manager or administration
• Caring, compassionate, reliable team player with high integrity
• Able to multitask with a strong emphasis on organization, prioritization and an unwavering attention to detail at all times
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Excellent people skills and written communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin preferred
