WELLBOUND Certified Home Health Agency is currently seeking interdisciplinary therapists to serve our pediatric and adults with special needs in their home environment. There is paid training, active leadership and an abundance of resources! We are looking for Occupational Therapists (OT) and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA) to service the Five Boroughs of New York City for our pediatrics and adult special need population.

We also have exciting opportunities at group homes and Assisted Living Facilities.

Roles/Responsibilities:

Design and implement individualized treatment addressing physical/cognitive disabilities in order to maximize function and quality of life.
Complete documentation in a timely manner.
Provide effective and timely communication.

Qualifications / Requirements:

Valid NYS Professional License
NEW GRADS WELCOME TO APPLY
Experience using HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) and OASIS assessment, a plus but not required.

Job Rate:

$75-$90 (FFS) or $100,000-120,000 yearly salary (Full-Time)
