Professional Care provides comprehensive medical & mental health care services in the state of New York.

We are currently looking for a Full-Time, Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team and provide on-site medical care at the Monroe County Jail in Rochester, NY.

This is a 40 hour/week position. Weekly hours are scheduled during normal business hours (i.e., 8:00am – 4:30pm) Rotation of Saturday coverage (4 hours)

• Salaries are negotiable and commensurate based on experience. rate range: $100,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
