White Glove Community Care is actively seeking motivated Full-time Registered Nurse to train and supervise home health aides in clinical classroom settings. English and Spanish speaking candidates are highly needed. This is an exciting opportunity to join our White Glove Education team.

Job Summary for Educator:

Completes PCA/HHA Orientation classes and In-service classes.
Reports directly to Director of Nursing.
Participates in biweekly/monthly education meetings.
Works seamlessly with office staff to have aides activated and ready for duty.
Responsible for signing off on, orientation and policy forms for each aide and handing them to staff in timely manner.
Classes are completed using instructional material provided by Director of Education.
Nurse must use their own clinical experience to inspire the orientees to continue being skilled home health aides.
Position is for in classroom setting only.

Educational Requirements and Qualifications:

Current NYS RN Registered Nurse License
Excellent clear communication and presentation skills.
Adaptability and Flexibility to changes and all personalities is a plus.
Strong knowledge of healthcare practices and procedures in the specified settings.
Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Office.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in using technology for educational purposes.
Bilingual English & Spanish a plus

Work Experience:

Home care: 1 year (Preferred)
Nursing: 1 year (Preferred)
