Marketing Coordinator

Our client is looking to hire a Marketing Coordinator to support their team on an ongoing contract basis. In this role, you will support their internal creative agency in crafting copy and responses, helping create presentations, vendor management, and more. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, and is also motivated to learn all aspects of marketing to grow with the team!

LOCATION: NYC area

WORKSITE TYPE: Hybrid, 1-2 days work from home

TARGET START DATE: Immediate

JOB TYPE: Direct Hire, Part-time

HOURS: Part-time, 20-30 hours/week

What you’ll be doing:

• Partner with Sr. Director in support of development and execution of marketing communications and promotions of CLE programs (virtual and in-person as needed)
• Help maintain event and marketing calendar
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop materials and provide marketing administrative support
• Serve as a second set of eyes in proofing all marketing materials across print and digital channels
• Monitor e-mail inbox and send program reminders as needed
• Maintain contact and speaker lists
• Liaise with vendors, presenters, and company partners to ensure program requirements are collected, accurate and on-time
• Prepare attendance reports

Qualifications:

• 1-2+ years of experience working on-site in the legal services industry or management consulting
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel and is willing to learn new tools as needed
• Proven ability to prioritize competing tasks and proactively communicate as roadblocks or questions arise
• Preferred experience working with social media and HubSpot
• Knowledge of CLE compliance and LMS is a plus
