Who we are:

S’more is building the next generation of social media that’s the complete opposite of influencer culture. We are a team of experienced builders and dreamers from diverse backgrounds, and we’re looking for a passionate aspiring marketer to join us. As we get ready to launch our app, we’re utilizing every tool in our toolbox.

We’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in marketing or a related field
• Excellent self-drive and self-discipline, with a strong desire to push oneself to achieve outstanding results
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Proficient in using marketing automation tools and analytics platforms
• Familiarity with graphic design and content creation tools is a plus

What you will do

• Develop and implement marketing strategies across various channels (e.g., social media, email marketing, content marketing, etc.)
• Work collaboratively with the team to iterate on content standards and ensure consistent brand messaging
• Manage and operate our community through regular engagement and communication with members
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and improve marketing effectiveness
• Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics to continuously improve campaign results
