Financial Services firm in Midtown, Manhattan is looking to hire a Long Term Temporary Administrative Receptionist. This position will start on Monday, September 13 th and go for at least 2 months potentially longer. Day to day the receptionist will greet visitors, answer phones, manage conference rooms, stock kitchen/office supplies, add visitors to security, kitchen upkeep, work closely with the Chief Administrative Office with projects and calendar management. There is potential to take on added responsibility. This role requires someone to be in the office Monday – Friday from 9am – 5pm. Note lunch is provided. Must have + months of office experience, a team player mentality and the ability to think quickly on your feet. Hourly rate is DOE.
