Level 1 Support Team Lead – Network Operations/Application Support – Fintech – New York
Level 1 Support Team Lead is required to join a global FinTech business in their New York office. This is a permanent position, offering $80,000 to $100,000 as a base salary.
This is a client facing role, interacting with both capital market customers and also vendors/service partners, so as such this person must have personality and professional communications both written and spoken. Although this will be a hands on support role, this person will also be leading a team of 4-5 Service Desk Analysts. They will oversee ticket management, produce reports, review SLA’s and set KPI’s for the team to meet. The business is looking for people who have a technical background, and have experience in a technical customer support role. The ideal candidate will have an appreciation of ITIL (certifications are not necessary), and experience across Application/Network support. On top of this, previous experience leading a small team is required.
