Primary Role: The Learning & Development Coordinator is responsible for the administration of the internal Learning Management System (LMS), the creation of learning content, and the maintenance of corporate training records and reporting.
Duties and Responsibilities – Learning & Development Coordinator: Design, develop, implement, and evaluate training plans, curricula, and methodology for delivery in digital-on-demand, virtual and live training formats.
