Join our Corporate Operations Group in Macquarie’s New York office and play an important role within the HR function as a Junior HR Business Partner supporting the Macquarie Capital Division. The scope of your role as an HR Business Partner is both strategic advisory as well as tactical and will require you to leverage your proven expertise across the disciplines of people, culture, engagement, diversity and inclusion, rewards and employee relations. Broadly, these will range from delivering on people initiatives, including, aligning performance, capability, talent and rewards, through to business strategy, collaboration on business initiatives and providing divisional input into Group-wide programs. You are pragmatic, with a delivery-focused style and excellent judgement combined with strong verbal, analytical and written communication skills. Finally, you’ll have the desire to act as a business enabler and have a proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with a diverse stakeholder group.
