Job Title: – IT Support Field Technician

Location: Bronx, NY and remote ( 2 -3 days remote)

Job Type – 6 + Month contract to hire.

Job Qualification/Responsibilities

• Broad knowledge in computer hardware, Network Systems, and various software (Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office, and Communication Technology

• Assist with coordination of system deployments, maintenance, and operations.

• Respond to and resolving support requests for the end users.

• Maintain and update helpdesk tickets.

• Perform hardware and software system configuration, maintenance, upgrades and troubleshooting of workstations, laptops, mobile devices, peripheral devices, switches, and routers.

• Travel to and from Bronx agency locations.

• Driver’s license required.

• A+ and/or Network+ certifications a plus.

• High School diploma required; BA preferred.

Hourly Rate: $30/hr, w2
