Job Details

Intellectual Property Transactional Department has an opening in our New York or Washington, DC office for a Technology Specialist with a background in Computer Science or a related field such as Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or Information Engineering. Seeking applicants with strong academic credentials and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Associates will primarily work on structuring, drafting, and negotiating a variety of intellectual property and commercial transactions, including license, service, development, distribution, and partnering agreements. Associates will also work on the intellectual property aspects of mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, financings, and other multidisciplinary transactions.

JD
Big- Law experience (huge plus)
3+years of Transactional Technology exp.
