The OCIO assists the Investment Department in its ongoing objective to deliver investment excellence to our clients through capabilities they prefer, ensure processes, technology and communication adapt to changes in the market and firm, and translates the office’s key activities and objectives into those that deliver value.The primary role of the Investments Business Management/Data Analyst is to handle day-to-day initiatives of the Office of the CIO, maintain or manage various database and data management tools, advance the use of data and technology, and run key projects within the OCIO. Management of key internal relationships, including Investment Discipline CIOs, portfolio managers and analysts, sales and distribution team members, product management/marketing, legal, operations, and compliance, is required. A solid understanding of the asset management business and confidence interacting with a variety of teams and business partners across the firm are critical.Major Responsibilities:Daily responsibilities include maintaining the integrity of investment management data utilized for presentations, marketing tools and other sales materials. This position is expected to ensure the accuracy of the data for key tools, research and resolve data issues and provide support for client inquiries.
