Job Summary
The Identity & Access Management Program Manager (IAMPM) is responsible for driving the IAM program’s maturity and continuous improvement. The IAMPM is required to communicate with both internal departments and third party vendors as needed. Additionally, the IAMPM is responsible for prioritizing IAM-related projects collaboratively with corporate leadership.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Work closely with business units, technology teams, and entitlements teams to ensure business requirements are met while following IAM best practices.
Evaluate the firm’s current IAM posture and spearhead enhancements to policies, processes, and tools.
Document the IAM strategy and capture key milestones as improvements are implemented.
Champion the IAM program, ensuring that business partners understand the importance of sound IAM practices to support their business initiatives.
Responsible for monitoring and tracking the progress of all IAM-related projects.
Function as the liaison between other departments and third party vendors with respect to IAM projects and processes.
Research changes and developments within the industry.
Provide high level decisions with respect to projects and other work related items.
Expertise in information security and identity management best practices.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to make presentations to audiences including senior management.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Ability to analyze existing capabilities and emerging trends and recommend improvements.
Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
Build and maintain collaborative relationships with both internal and external clients.
Qualifications

Education & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Technical Field; or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
10+ years’ related experience in Information Security
Hands-on experience with an enterprise-class Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) platform preferred
