THE MAX Challenge is looking for a motivated and professional Membership Experience Leader to develop our membership base and deliver 5-STAR service to our loyal members.

If you are motivated to excel in fitness and have a passion to develop professional relationships both inside and outside the center, this position may be right for you. Must have availability on weekdays 4:30 AM-7:30 AM.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and visitors with a friendly smile
• Track daily membership attendance
• Sales call to leads
• Generating leads through grassroots marketing and community outreach
• Following up with prospect leads via phone and email
• Manage leads within our CRM
• Interact with members on social media
• Assist in creating social media content
• Light administrative and cleaning duties
• Deliver 5-star customer service

Hourly rate PLUS complimentary membership
