Job Details
Day-to-Day:
Oversees the execution and timely delivery of all Investment Management team tasks and projectsAccountable for accuracy of buys placed in agency buying platformAble to address partner contractual needs, such as IO notes, SOWs, etc Ensures best practices in investment process, efficiencies, etc are implemented and operationalDrives POVs on new investment offerings, processes and technologiesAccountable for team’s timely reconciliation of partner invoicesResponsible for Marketplace Position reportingResponsible for accuracy of investment data reported to central teamResponsible for accurate investment closures of campaignsResponsible for assignment and execution of ad hoc projects
Internal + External Relationships:
Responsible for developing talent, delegating appropriately, and ensuring teams are working smoothlyResponsible for managing and prioritizing team assignmentsProvides clear, regular communication regarding client and project goals, prioritization and measures of success to all key stakeholdersFosters a positive work environmentProvides expertise and shares knowledge with junior team membersDelivers constructive, actionable feedback to teamContinues to develop working relationships with client contacts as necessaryStrong relationships with key media partnersCollaborates internally with leadership across capabilities and teamsStrong relationships with key Groupe teams, such as ReSources and Business OperationsAble to navigate proper support for Investment systems and toolsContributes to new business efforts as needed
Qualifications:
Exhibits professionalism, integrity, self-awareness, and an attitude of continuous improvementAbility to multi-task, manage one’s time, and demonstrate personal organization to meet deadlinesProven ability to lead people and projectsAble to deal with ambiguous and challenging situationsStrong written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge of media investment systems and tools (Mediaocean, etc )Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint)Adherence to agency procedures (on-time and accurate time sheets, GDPs, 360 feedback)10+ years of industry experience, preferably within media planning and/or buyingPharmaceutical industry a plusBA/BS
