This is a temporary freelance opportunity. Experience managing email campaign planning, development and execution is required.The Account Supervisor is a dynamic self-starter who manages the day-to-day client relationship and is a trusted partner to both clients and internal teams alike.Here’s what you should know if you want to be an Account Supervisor at Rauxa:What You’ll Do:Serve as the first line of contact with your clientsDrive program and campaign development, working with cross functional teams across the agencyDevelop strategic and creative briefs, and present materials internally and to the clientDefend and protect good ideasBe the SME of your client’s business – you know their business better than they doQualificationsWho You Are:You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferredYou have 4-6 or more years of relevant experience at an advertising, digital or marketing agencyYou have experience managing the development of email and direct mail campaigns You have experience leading client discussions, team meetings, and having ownership of client projectsYou have the ability to manage several very complex projects with minimal supervisionYou have developed creative briefs in collaboration with Strategy and Creative teams and contribute to strategy discussionsYou have a relentless drive to make the work betterYou have a hunger for what is nextYou’re constantly finding new solutions to old problemsYou keep it simple but communicate effectively with clients and internal teamsYou surprise and delight your clients and internal teams with your responsiveness, attention to detail, and can-do attitudeYou dig in, thoughtful and inquisitive questions are your MOYou know your way around PowerPoint and are no stranger to developing client presentations You have the ability to proactively represent the agency to all levels of the client organization, including executive level management.Sound like you?
