What Will You Do: Responsible for assisting in the planning, organizing, developing, and directing the overall operation of the Dietary Department in accordance with current applicable Federal and State Guidelines and Regulations established policies and procedures, and as may be directed by the Dietitian and/or Administrator to ensure that quality food service is provided at all times.
What Will You Need:
– Must be a graduate of an accredited course in dietetic training that has been approved by the American Dietetic Association.
– A minimum of two years dietary experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or another related medical facility.
– Training in cost control, food management, and diet therapy.
-Must possess leadership qualities and the willingness to work harmoniously with/and supervise professional and non-professional personnel.
– Ability to maintain the care and use of supplies, equipment, regular inspection of food service areas for sanitation, order, safety, and proper performance of assigned duties
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $75,000.00 per year
