This Financial Planning & Analysis Manager position is for you, if you would enjoy:
Strong business partnering to drive performance, support projects, and strategic initiatives
Working closely with senior management to increase a company’s efficiency and profitability by assisting with the formulation of both the medium and long-term financial plan
Overseeing a team of two Financial Analysts
Working a hybrid schedule out of our headquarters in East Rutherford, NJ

Financial Planning & Analysis Manager Key Accountabilities:
Act as a business partner to operations and commercial executives in order to drive business and strategic initiatives
Prepare budgets, forecasts, business plans, and monthly reporting package for executive management
Perform P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow analysis
Provide detailed analysis and commentary on cost center results
Develop and utilize BI tools to delivery meaningful insights into business performance
Reviewing existing processes and procedures to develop recommendations for improvement efforts
Review operations and recommend new productivity or cost saving initiatives
Support Finance and HQ Management team requests and ad hoc reporting
Assist with quarterly and annual audits

Financial Planning & Analysis Manager Required Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills with ability to build relationships
Significant analytical skillset, including the utilization of BI and reporting tools
Advanced computer software skills, including Excel, SAP, and other accounting packages
3-5 years’ financial/accounting experience with focus on planning and analysis
