Salary Range: $22-29.58/hr
Hours: Varies based on travel
Status: Full-Time, Direct Hire
Travel: Domestically and internationally when needed.

Responsibilities:
• Traveling to assigned customer sites on short notice for field service.
• Installing new products, including equipment start-up and functional testing, followed by customer training in maintenance and operation.
• Repairing and rebuilding machines based on specific errors.
• Documenting machine data, service history, and quality information.
• Interacting with Marketing to support sales of machinery and tooling.
• Assisting customers with parts identification and ordering.
• Communicating with regional managers to ensure customer expectations are met.
• Maintaining prompt communication of expense reports, service reports, etc. on a weekly basis.

Requirements:
• Associate degree in mechanical, Electrical, or Laser technology, or the equivalent combination of technical school training and military/industrial experience.
• Are willing to travel domestically and internationally 100% of the time.
• Have a minimum of two years related hands-on electronic/assembly repair experience.
• CNC fabrication machinery equipment repair experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer service oriented.
• Have a demonstrated aptitude for electronics and mechanical systems.
• Have demonstrated computer skills in a Microsoft Office environment, including Word, Excel, and email.
• Are able to lift up to 50 lbs.
