Position Summary: The Field Recruiter delivers full-cycle recruiting services for designated business units across U.S. and Canadian markets, focusing on sourcing, interviewing, and providing qualified and diverse candidates for high-volume, field-based roles such as installation, direct sales, on-location marketing, and field canvassing.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Understand talent demands in assigned areas and create efficient and results-oriented staffing strategies.
• Develop innovative sourcing plans utilizing networking, grassroots outreach, digital advertising, and social media.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and recommend top candidates for diverse positions.
• Evaluate candidates for requirements and equipment needed to join Leaf Home.
• Interview candidates at local field offices to assess fit for open roles.
• Manage the applicant tracking process and provide weekly recruitment updates.
• Conduct cold calls to prospective candidates and businesses.
• Collaborate with management and HR colleagues to reinforce consistency in policies and practices.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor.

Experience and Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of experience in corporate, agency, or headhunter recruiting.
• Experience supporting multiple business units in non-exempt level recruiting.
• Proficient in recruiting software platforms like ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, etc.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to varying demands from stakeholders.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a strong work ethic.
• Self-driven and accountable in achieving goals.
• Attention to detail with a focus on efficient task completion.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be legally authorized to work without sponsorship in the employment country.

Travel Requirements:

• More than 10% domestic travel required.

Overtime/Additional Hours Requirements:

• Additional hours may be required.

Physical Requirements:

• Normal office environment with a hybrid work schedule.
• Conduct indoor work in a climate-controlled setting.
• Primarily sedentary work, requiring minimal physical exertion.
