Executive/Personal Assistant to Principals, Private Investment Firm, Midtown, NYC

A well- established investment firm with offices in Midtown/NYC is looking for an Executive/Personal Assistant to support 2 main principals of the firm. With Covid, this role will be a combination of in office/remote but will be a full-time office position once Covid subsides.

About the Job:

Support the Principals as a “right hand” and “Gatekeeper” handling all day-to-day matters and managing ever-changing calendar/meeting schedules, both personal and professional

Organize and manage complex travel arrangements (including vacations) and video conference calls with a keen sense of changing time zones

Prioritize email correspondence; prepare and produce all letters, emails, presentations, when needed

Create/edit PowerPoint presentations for investor meetings

Update CRM system

Handle all expense/health care reporting

Run errands and make appointments for personal needs

On call 24/7 via cell after hours

About You:

A minimum of 10 years of experience as an Executive/Personal Assistant supporting a high- level C-Suite executive in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the finance/investment space

Bachelor’s Degree from accredited College/University

Ability to deal with high level executives/investors and manage those relationships with grace and polished acumen

Very pro-active and a problem-solver with very little need of direction to get things done right; exceptional follow-up and project management skills

High level of integrity and discretion in handling all confidential information

Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills

A polished, positive “can do” personality that can stay calm under pressure

Very organized, detail-oriented with a “no job too small” attitude
