Our client, a venture capital firm, is seeking an Executive Personal Assistant to support the two Managing Partners. The ideal candidate will be an approachable, proactive, responsible assistant with a team player mentality and at least 3 years of experience in a fast paced environment. Primary responsibilities will include heavy calendar management, scheduling all internal and external meetings, booking complex travel arrangements, and other ad hoc duties as well. Additionally, this role will be responsible for all personal assistant responsibilities including planning trips, managing personal contacts, and liaising with household staff. Successful candidate will be forward thinking, strategic, and highly organized. Bachelor’s degree is required. Hours are 9am – 6pm with flexibility to monitor communication after hours and base salary is up to $120K + bonus! Company offers 100% paid medical benefits, PTO, and has a dog friendly office.
