THE POSITION

We are seeking an energetic individual to join our team as the Executive Assistant to CEO / Office Admin to support Gravity’s ambitious goals and growth plans.

This role is perfect for a polished Executive Assistant who wants to wear many hats, offering an abundance of project work and opportunities to grow.

An administrative assistant is the supportive force behind both, and we are currently seeking someone exceptional to take the helm. The ideal person for the job will be a problem solver with excellent communication skills and impeccable attention to detail. He/she will have previous experience working in an office environment, performing administrative tasks and providing support to coworkers. The ability to multitask, manage complex schedules, and meet changing deadlines is essential to the position.

Responsibilities

Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks including:

• Provide direct administrative support to senior leaders, including email correspondence, and generation and distribution of memos, letters, spreadsheets, forms
• Plan, organize, and schedule company meetings occurring in the office, offsite, and via video conference
• Composing and preparing confidential correspondence
• Organizing complex activities and special projects
• Purchasing necessary items for office & events
• Submitting expense reports to accounts payable

Skills

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Available at all hours of the day, including weekends
• Creative mind with the ability to identify and implement improvements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience at a tech start-up preferred
• Minimum 3 years of administrative experience
• Someone proactive, tech-savvy and easy to get along with
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
