Executive Administrative Assistant (Full time)
Perform duties relating to the support function of the Administrative team; including but not limited to, typing, data base management, filing, phone coverage, maintain administrative calendar, minute taking and transcribing, developing and tracking meeting notices.
Qualifications:
Must possess and Associates degree in Business or five (5) years of related experience. Must possess excellent communications skills. Must have familiarity with Microsoft Office products (i.e. Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and Outlook) or equivalent. Experience in a health care setting desirable.
The ideal candidate needs to be personable, organized, self-driven, able to be flexible and versatile with their work. Some autonomy required, ability to critically think through daily duties and prioritizing. This position requires a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Monday-Friday. 40 hours each week.
