Our client, a global independent Investment Bank is looking to hire several Associates within their New York City TMT group. This position will offer exposure to some of the most high profile transactions across the TMT sector and will provide the opportunity to hone your M&A execution skill set with an Elite Boutique.

If you’re an Investment Banking professional at the Associate level this is a once in a lifetime chance for you to join one of the top TMT teams on the street!

The role will involve the following:

• Preparing and delivering presentation materials
• Performing extensive valuation, due-diligence, and pricing analyses
• Attending client meetings
• Supervising Analyst level banking professionals
• Playing key leadership role in all aspects of the transaction process – primarily in M&A execution
• Lean deal team experience

Requirements:

• Experience working at another leading investment bank or M&A Advisory firm
• Public and Private deal experience preferred
• Bachelors degree in Finance, Math, or Economics
• Buy and Sell-Side M&A experience is ideal
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, Word, & Powerpoint
• Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
