Overview

Our client is a leading Strategy Consulting firm with over 50 offices globally. Their target sectors include Healthcare, TMT, Consumer & Retail and Financial Services, among others. They are currently looking to bring on a Director to lead teams on various strategic initiatives.

Core Responsibilities

• Working in a fast-paced, exciting environment with strong business acumen to drive value to clients.
• Lead special projects that support the overall strategy, coordinate with project stakeholders, drive and create project specific deliverables.
• Building strong working relationships with senior clients, including influence, advice and support to key decision makers
• Promote collaboration and value different opinions when working in diverse teams.
• Enhancing the firm’s value proposition by Identifying gaps in the market and spotting new opportunities.
• Look for opportunities to scale efficiencies and new ways of working across multiple projects and environments.
• Influence and facilitate the creation of long-term relationships which add value to the firm.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience with strong performance in at least one of the following strategy consulting areas: strategic planning and growth, operational improvement, or other relevant strategy experience.
• Current or prior strategy consulting experience required.
• Functional expertise in cost reduction, growth, new product launch, and digital strategy, etc.
• Advanced degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Ability to conduct and manage market research and quantitative and qualitative analyses.
• Experience leading teams to generate a vision and creating an atmosphere of trust, leveraging diverse views, and encouraging improvement and innovation.
