Description:
Reporting to the Head Women’s Basketball Coach, the Director of Women’s Basketball Operations is responsible for assisting the head coach to ensure the program’s success as directly related to the operations of the program. All staff members are responsible for the policy, procedures, and guidelines of Hofstra University and the job requirements specific to the particular assignments inherent to basketball. This position requires working weekends and holidays and attending athletic events as appropriate. Candidates must be willing and able to organize and handle all aspects of administration and adhere to the rules and regulations of Hofstra University, the Colonial Athletic Association, and the NCAA.
