Registrar Corp is actively seeking an experienced remote Director of SaaS Sales that thrives on providing impactful coaching, training, and development to our Software as Service remote sales team. As Director of SaaS Sales, you will coach a team of Account Executives to win new business within food industries by sharing the benefits of Registrar Corp’s cutting-edge SaaS Compliance Monitor solution that has seen an impressive 60% growth year over year, making it an essential tool for companies worldwide. It is a very fast-paced role with a quick sales cycle!

In this role you will:
Recruit, motivate and manage a team of SMB and Enterprise Account Executives to meet and exceed performance
Lead Account Management team to exceed recurring software service retention goals
Create and foster a high functioning performance driven culture
Develop and track key performance indicators to measure performance against targets
Train and coach employees to maximize their software sales potential and recurring retention.
Experience/Education:
At least 5 years of experience leading a remote team conducting outbound/cold calling, demos, and prospecting campaigns of a SaaS product
Prior experience leading a team size of 10+ direct reports
Ownership of $7+ million dollar team target in prior roles
Proven expertise in Consultative/Sales Methodologies
Experience using sales sequencing tools; Outreach, Salesloft, etc
Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of experience and education
Regulatory, compliance, or government agency experience a plus
