What You Will Be Doing
Oversee the day-to- day activities of the Marketing Department.
This position will be developing and implementing marketing communication and PR of the organization internally and externally. The Director of Marketing & Communications shall direct the efforts of all marketing staff and coordination at the strategic level with other business units in the organization.
Essential Functions / Major Responsibilities of Director of Marketing & Communications:
Plan, direct and develop all marketing efforts
Develop a Marketing Plan in support of the Enterprise Strategic Objectives.
Develop and oversee the annual marketing budget.
Define, publish, manage, and direct departmental quarterly and annual key initiatives.
Conduct periodic reviews and assessments of marketing department operations and procedures and provide recommendations for enhancing operational performance to the VP of Operations.
Collaborate with the business units to create and implement effective marketing strategies for new and existing products and services.
Direct market & customer research to forecast and create competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and translate results into actionable insights for the Executive team.
Direct the development and execution of an integrated digital marketing strategy that drives customer engagement and lead nurturing, while gathering and reporting meaningful data analytics for future decision making.
Oversee integration, implementation, and measurement of the corporate brand strategy across all aspects of the business with the VP of Strategy & Business Development.
Collaborate with Sales & Properties to create integrated marketing programs that drive interest, influence, and achieve sales and growth targets.
Oversee all communications, public relations (through outsourced agency) and promotional activities, including:
Design, production & distribution of print materials such as brochures, ads, and direct response.
Research demand for our products and services. Provide competitor research & analysis.
Identify potential customers.
Develop and manage advertising campaigns.
Build brand awareness and positioning.
Coordinate marketing projects from start to finish.
Organize Company Conferences, Trade Shows, And Major Events.
Oversee social media marketing strategy and content marketing.
Hire, train and retain skilled marketing staff.
Liaise with the organizations PR Resource.

Communicate using the following tools: telephone, fax machine, written logs, email, and computer.
Having a working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Adobe Suite, and other marketing/communications related software.
Strong working ability to read and interpret market studies.

Must have a valid driver’s license.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing & Communications.
Three to five years of marketing experience in real estate.
