Director of Omnichannel Marketing
This position is responsible for omnichannel loyalty marketing including Hollywood Casino at Penn National Race Course, Hollywood Casino Morgantown, Hollywood Casino York, and integration with partners including Penn Interactive and Barstool Sports.
Responsible for directing the overall operations and staff of the omnichannel loyalty and marketing department.
Develops, implements and manages operational goals and monitors achievements of performance and revenue goals as it relates to the mychoice loyalty program and all associated channels: Casino, Social Gaming, iGaming and Barstool Sports.
Develops and executes the omni channel loyalty marketing strategic plans to optimize acquisition, retention, revenue growth, penetration rates and market share.
Partners with the acquisition and corporate marketing teams to identify events and promotions for inclusion of iGaming VIP guests.
Responsible for creating innovative new events and promotions to cross promote iGaming VIP guests with the property VIP’s to increase loyalty to the online gaming brands.
Partners with iGaming VIP Teams to effectively manage shared players.
Builds and maintains loyalty through the development of sustained and effective relationships among valued VIP customers across all channels; establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers, key community and strategic partners.
Sets aggressive and measurable goals for omnichannel marketing staff with regards to revenue growth, penetration rates, cross property play with all VIP segments.
Develop KPI’s for tracking and managing strategies and goals.
Ensures that scheduling is done in an effective and efficient manner to ensure coverage at peak time to support VIP customers and events, while maintaining labor costs, meeting staffing objectives and achieving guest satisfaction.
Responsible for preparing, monitoring and adhering to budgets and ensuring compliance to departmental budget initiatives. Reports budget concerns / deviations to the Executive Management / GM.
Ensure effective control of marketing results and takes corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets.
Responsible for assessing, anticipating and reacting to the competitive marketplace in regard to marketing strategies, programs, campaigns, and promotions for casino and online gaming.
Actively supervises the successful completion of host special events on property and on-line, collaborating with other departments as needed.
Vendor coordination, management and negotiation. Responsible for accuracy and timeliness of all charges and payments relating to vendor efforts.
Guide preparation of marketing activity reports and present to executive management.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, finance or related area; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
10+ years of casino, sales and /or marketing experience with proven success exhibited in marketing, player development, database marketing, promotions, special events and online gaming.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
Must have comprehensive knowledge of all online channels.
Must have technical proficiency and knowledge in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Must have hands on experience with multiple CRM tools (Salesforce Cloud, Tableau, etc.).
Ability to meet deadlines and effectively manage multiple priorities in a demanding work environment.
Possess excellent oral and written communication skills; strong client interface and presentation skills preferred.
Demonstrated ability to drive toward results.
