Job Description:
Under the general direction of Vice President for Strategic Initiatives & Planning, the Director of EOP administers the Educational Opportunity Program. Responsibilities include the supervision of staff, provision of referral and assistance services, coordination of student development and academic support services and compliance with all reporting and procedures. In addition, the Director will be responsible for developing and implementing assessment activities and student recruitment, enrollment, and retention initiatives to ensure operational efficiencies through a coordinated, collaborative and integrated approach. The position involves a 12-month appointment.
