Director: Noom, Inc. seeks Dir. of Science & Behavior Change Curricula in NY, NY to create new behavior-change curricula for new programs & products incl weight loss maint’ce, aging & metabolism, & total health. Req’mnts: Bachelor’s or foreign equiv in Human Nutrition, Health Sciences, Biology, or rel.

& 7 years of progressively responsible exp in job offered or rel. occupation: utilizing behavioral psych principles & therapeutic modalities incl cognitive behavioral therapy & dialectical behavioral therapy to dvlp behavior change curricula; conducting literature reviews & researching best practices in health behavior change interventions & standards of care for obesity & pre-chronic/chronic conditions; creating original behavior-change curricula & online learning resources about nutrition, healthy eating, physical activity, weight loss, weight loss maint’ce, aging, metabolism, sleep, & stress reduction; writing & editing content; working w/content mgmt systs incl Wagtail & Wordpress; retrieving & anlyzg data utilizing Google Analytics, MixPanel & Looker to drive decision making. In alternative, employer will accept Master’s in one of above-listed fields & 5 years of progressively responsible exp in above-listed skills.

US base salary range for this F/T position is $181,000 to $245,000/yr. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, & loc. Range displayed on ea job posting is based on Noom’s estimate as of date of publication & reflects min & max target for position across all US locs.

Actual placement of candidate w/in range is based on factors incl but not limited to relevant exp, assessment of functional skills & behavioral competencies, scope, & loc. Range is not inclusive of any discretionary bonus or equity package. T Jobs., Location: New York, NY – 10001.
