Seeking an organized, process driven and proactive individual to support the Paid Media Strategy team.
This role will work directly with internal teams such as the Product Pods, Content Strategy, Engagement Strategy, Creative Production, Media Team, Public Site Team, Analytics, Digital Measurement as well as an external agency to establish new workflows, ensure successful completion of projects, maintain quality expectations all while holding key stakeholders and teams accountable
Manage and oversee all projects, initiatives, ad-hoc request, experimentation, and broader strategy implementation of the Paid Strategy Team specifically for the media agency
Manage the timelines and quality of all deliverables relating to a digital media program (external agency + internal creative, analytics, dev, web teams) across multiple lines of business
Audit and create new workflows
Identify areas of overlap or contradiction and connect internal teams to resolve
Partner with Media Manager to maintain all status and documentation
Lead retrospectives with teams to optimize the process
Preferred Skills & Experience
7+ years of experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience working with an agile digital media department, preferably agency-side or client in-house
Timeline management and team accountability skills a must
