Client Overview: Our client, a clean beauty brand, is seeking a Digital Media Buyer to join their team!

MUST HAVE:

• 3-5 years of experience in media buying
• Experience optimizing campaigns on Meta and Tiktok
• Must be able to go onsite in NYC

Role Overview: As the Digital Media Buyer you will lead the end-to-end planning and execution of consumer acquisition plans for Meta and TikTok. We’re looking for a candidate who has demonstrated abilities in developing, executing, and measuring plans to attract consumers to an online retail environment.

Digital Media Buyer Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end planning and execution of consumer acquisition plans across Meta and TikTok, and TikTok Shop.
• Responsible for bringing consumers to website through media buying and optimization.
• Plan and successfully manage channel budgets and analyze campaign performance data to drive continuous improvement and hypothesis-led testing of new concepts.
• Create new ads and iterate quickly to test best approaches
• Entrepreneurial approach – scrappy and agile.

Digital Media Buyer Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of acquisition marketing/growth hacking experience, with a track record of success across paid social, content, influencer, referral, and affiliate marketing.
• Must have knowledge of affiliate and influencer marketing.
• Must have Social Media Buying, and Performance Marketing expertise, as well as knowledge of pixels and attribution models.
