WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Purpose-
As part of Data & Analytics COE, this position will be critical in extending Santander Bank’s digital analytics and journey capabilities. The Analyst is responsible for providing insights into digital customer journeys, insights to improve digital NPS by identifying bottlenecks, understanding site usage and giving site recommendations, customer and prospect interaction analysis, and testing digital measurement. Specific tasks include analyzing Tealium audience DB data, NPS data and customer feedback, cross-channel behavioral data, providing Tealium/GA4 tagging requirements, tag audit, coordinating between the Marketing teams and vendors in the digital data space, and Google Analytics 4 reporting. A crucial part of this role will be to expand the capabilities to bridge the digital customer data (site interactions, digital engagement, etc.) with core customer data (products, services, tenure, etc.). As we continue on digital transformation, it becomes increasingly important to integrate our data analysis to understand our customers better.

You will be joining a close-knit, hands-on team that is responsible for managing Santander Bank’s digital data collection, syndication, analysis, and reporting from multiple digital properties, including, but not limited to – public websites, mobile apps, secure sites, and social sites. The team utilizes the digital data collected from multiple sources to build first-party digital profiles of visitors and helps enable on-site personalization by providing behavioral data for customer acquisition and customer experience improvement. This team is also responsible for implementing all new digital marketing technologies that utilize digital data or interface with applications/websites. The team is the primary custodian of digital data for Santander Bank.
The Person-
We are specifically looking for someone who thinks of data as fuel for all digital activities and can extract insights from disparate digital datasets. This person should also be completed at home with the ambiguities inherent in digital datasets and be able to navigate them to validate various hypotheses supporting the decision-making process.
For NYC Job Applicants: The base annual salary range for this position is $90,000-$165,000. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.
