Seeking BE/BC AP/CP or AP Pathologist to join talented team in New York City borough for surgical pathology, cytopathology and hematopathology positions. Fellowship training in Cytopathology, Hematopathology, Dermatopathology, Surgical Pathology or a Surgical Pathology subspecialty such as Breast, Pulmonary, or Head and Neck pathology is a plus!

• New grads welcome
• This is a very engaged team of talented pathologists – lots of mutual respect and comradery. The physicians in the system they work with highly regard this team and have recognized them for work done with various awards. You will feel appreciated and rewarded in this role!
• Affiliation with SUNY Downstate so there would be an academic appointment with this role – teaching med students and residents. Program is home to the largest Pathology Residency program in NY, producing many successful Pathologists that have gone on to do wonderful work.
• Very interesting case load ranging from routine/simple to highly complex
• Mon-Fri role with flexibility on hours (7-3, 8-4, etc)
• Current team of 4 Pathologists, looking to grow to 7
• Clinical role daily sign out
• Average 6-7,000 cases per year; some have more some have less depending on team size, subspecialty, etc.
• No blood bank call
• H1B visa sponsorship available

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary of $300-320K with quality bonus of $20K
