We are seeking a BC/BE dermatologist to join our well-established physician-owned primary care practice in Walla Walla, WA , to meet the strong community demand for dermatological services. Immediate start is available.

• Practice Growth & Support: Step into a high-need, growing market with a collaborative team and experienced support staff (1:1+ MA ratio). Benefit from AI-powered scribing to streamline your workflow.
• Comprehensive Medical Dermatology: Provide a full spectrum of medical dermatology care to a diverse patient population (all ages), managing a wide range of conditions, including a significant number of skin cancer cases.
• Efficient Practice & Flexible Schedule: Enjoy a manageable patient volume (25-30 daily once ramped) with scheduling autonomy and flexible full-time options (4-5 days/week, potential for 4x10s). No on-call responsibilities.
• Competitive Compensation & Benefits: Receive a competitive base salary ($500K+), productivity bonuses, potential PA revenue share, generous PTO/CME, 401(k) match, comprehensive insurance, and sign-on/relocation assistance. Partnership eligibility after one year.

Colorado, New York, New Jersey, California, Connecticut and Washington Residents Only: The salary range for this role starts at $500,000 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.
