Requirements

The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications and skills

• Have least two years of experience, be a quick learner and excellent customer service and communications skills.
• Must fully understand all concepts related to a Dental Practice, understand dental insurance and treatment plan and have ability to discuss financial arrangements to a patient.
• Understands the flow of a dental scheduling, work well in a fast-paced environment and with other people.

Hourly compensation is based on experience. Health benefits are available after probationary period has been fulfilled. 401K is available after one year of full-time employment. Additional incentives are offered throughout the year.
