Your Role: Practice Operations Leader & Business Strategist

As the Multi-Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the full scope of clinical operations, team development, patient experience, and business performance at both locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and manage two high-performing surgical teams across locations
• Oversee all aspects of practice operations, staffing, and resource planning
• Own profit & loss statements, budgeting, payroll oversight, and financial reporting
• Partner with oral surgeons and providers to ensure alignment on growth, quality, and culture
• Identify opportunities for business development, referral growth, and operational improvements
• Monitor patient flow and scheduling to optimize efficiency and reduce downtime
• Uphold strict compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and surgical protocol
• Collaborate with hospital affiliates, vendor reps, and corporate support partners
• Drive recruitment, retention, and performance management for all staff
• Support integration of new technologies and continuous improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

• 3-5+ years of practice management experience (oral surgery or surgical healthcare preferred)
• Proven experience overseeing multiple locations or large teams
• Strong command of financial operations-including budgeting and P&L management
• Demonstrated ability to lead strategic growth and patient volume expansion
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with clinical staff and providers
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field (preferred)
• Familiarity with dental software (WinOMS or similar) and digital workflows

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary Range: $80,000-$95,000 base + monthly bonus eligibility
• Annual incentives tied to practice performance and business metrics
