Description:

Our client is looking for a data warehouse

developer to join our growing data warehouse team. This person will provide

technical expertise in the design, development, testing, implementation, maintenance,

and delivery of system solutions for the Business Intelligence and Data

Warehousing unit.

On a day to day this candidate will work with

the user community and reporting team to understand business requirements and

convert to functional/technical specifications. They will architect and develop

data integration and transformation processes across on premise and cloud data

sources using tools such as Oracle Data Integrator and Boomi Atmosphere.

They’ll develop data models and database design leverage their knowledge of

data warehouse modeling best practices. Finally, they’ll collaborate with other

team members using scrum process. Follow best practices for change and code

management is provide supporting technical documentation that is written, organized,

and maintained. They’ll also participate in ongoing stabilization, support, and

maintenance.

Top Skills Details:

1. SQL Development (3+ yrs.) – Candidate

should have ability to architect and develop data integration and

transformation processes on premise and in the cloud. Candidate should have an

in depth understanding of SQL, PL/SQL, UNIX scripting and SQL DBs (Oracle or

SQL).

2. Data models – Candidate should have

experience developing data models and database design, they should also

understand data warehouse modeling.

3. Analysis – Candidate should have experience

working with the users to understand business requirements.
