We’re in search of highly motivated, personable, and detail-oriented individuals to contribute to all aspects of our client experience and growing community. Our customer support staff will work closely with the Manager of Customer Experience and Corporate Team in an inspiring, fun work environment to ensure that clients are happy and needs are met.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and hospitality to clients
• Live chat with customers to answer questions, solve issues, and provide information
• Be knowledgeable to answer questions regarding The Class method, schedule, retail offerings
• Assist with troubleshooting tech support and customer profile issues
• Answer customer emails and inquiries
• Report any questions or issues to Manager of Customer Service in timely manner

Qualifications

• Passionate about wellness and The Class
• Detail oriented, organized, reliable
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Able to take initiative for problem solving with confidence
• Prior customer service or hospitality experience preferred
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Must work cohesively in team environment
• Must have strong computer skills
