We’re seeking a Customer Service Support Representative to work with our premier manufacturing client in Fairport, NY. This is an onsite, temp-hire opportunity with great pay! What’s a typical day as a Customer Service Support? You’ll be:
• Providing tier 1 quotations and technical documentation, escalating to tier 2 Applications Engineer or Order Administrator where necessary.
• Triage inbound client requests and provide timely and accurate responses.
• Act as tier 1 phone support for inbound calls, escalating to tier 2 Applications Engineer or Order Administrator where necessary.
• Provide proactive client support to ensure success from quote to order.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a college-level degree preferred or a high school degree and related work experience.
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Have a focus on customer success and satisfaction.
• Pay attention to detail and have the ability to quickly learn new processes.
• Have experience in process improvement.

Preferred Skills:
• Oracle and Salesforce experience.
• Experience within a manufacturing setting.
