Responsibilities Include

• Providing friendly and efficient communication with customers via phone and email relaying information, answering questions, registering children for classes
• Maintaining relationships with clients to ensure fantastic customer service
• Booking and managing custom classes for clients
• Identifying new steams of revenue and proactively securing enrollment
• Offering support to the managerial team

Work Location

• This role will be conducted remotely
• Depending on location some time may be scheduled in the nearest regional office

Work Hours

• This is a Seasonal/Project Based Position
• FT Hours for the duration of the Season/Project
• Rotating schedules from based on Season/Project needs, with weekend availability required
• Shifts vary between 8 00 AM – 5 00 PM and AM – 9 00 PM, also on timezone location

Requirements

• Personable, intelligent, hard-working, outgoing, and energetic
• Superb phone manners and written skills
• Organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are an absolute must.
• Ability to work independently and proactively on projects and responsibilities
• Ability to work remotely from home
