As a Customer Care Specialist at FINN, you are responsible for making sure that our customers have a best-in-class experience with our team and service.
Serve as the contact person for our customers: On the phone, you always have an open ear for our customers and support them in concluding the subscription up to the return of their vehicle.
Optimize and own processes: You have an owner’s mindset and are constantly re-evaluating both internal and external processes. You actively implement feedback and are committed to improving yourself and your team.
Delight our customers: We are insanely proud of our current Customer Service team and the positive impact they make on our customer’s experience. You will inspire, educate and help customers join FINN.
Successfully completed your bachelor’s degree
Enjoy customer contact and have a track record of providing best-in-class customer service
Excellent with communication – both verbal and written
Extremely structured and detail-oriented, and curious about existing processes and like to optimize your work
Prior experience in the service industry is a plus
Interested in mobility and want to shape the future of mobility with us
