Are you a managerial problem solver who loves to work with creatives? WhoWhatWhy is looking for a smart, meticulous individual to keep track of collaborative projects and administrative goals within a growing Creative department. The Creative Operations Admin will attend weekly team calls and record ideas, concerns, and suggestions on behalf of everyone on the team. Charged with following initiatives to completion, the Creative Operations Admin will solidify each item to determine the next steps, follow up with creatives and department stakeholders to ensure long and short term deadlines are met.

This is a volunteer position.

Responsibilities:

• Providing a daily managerial role within a growing Creative Department as designers and creative personnel focus on artistic projects needed for the company
• Foster and develop administrative support while operationalizing an exponentially evolving department.
• Facilitating daily and long term goals/projects
• Participating in brainstorms about digital creative and marketing strategies

Requirements:

• 2-5+ years experience in a managerial and/or administrative role within a Creative field

• Ability to work in a virtual, fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize workflow, and effectively meet deadlines
