We are seeking a motivated candidate, who can communicate effectively at all levels to join the Americas Corporate Citizenship team. Reporting to the Head of Americas Corporate Citizenship & Executive Director of the CS Americas Foundation and working closely with Program Staff, you will help implement employee volunteer and giving programs in the region as well as provide key operational support to the function. Your main responsibilities will include: Providing support for skills-based volunteer initiatives including the Nonprofit Board Service, Global Citizens and Virtual Volunteering Programs. Assisting with executing the Holiday Charity Initiative, the annual employee giving campaign in the Americas with emphasis on charity due diligence, program awareness and communications. Leading all aspects of the employee volunteer grants and board service matching gifts programs ensuring grant requests meet eligibility and guidelines; working closely with external vendor to distribute payments timely Handling the corporate contributions (donations processed by the business groups) process ensuring charities meet due diligence requirements and requests are accurately recorded and processed within MyShop. Processing payments and maintaining the grants database in Blackbaud GIFTS, generating and distributing award letters, completing wire transfers, running reports and maintaining related hardcopy and electronic records. Assisting with the production of internal and external communications: preparing memos, intranet stories, quarterly leadership team updates, PowerPoint presentations, print materials, etc. Tracking employee participation in the global Corporate Citizenship Tracking Tool. Providing support for underlying systems including maintenance and troubleshooting. Responding to employee inquires for related programming; monitoring and replying to inquiries via the Corporate Citizenship shared mailbox. Ability to communicate optimally including ability to field employee inquiries Highly developed organizational skills, including ability to multi-task Attention to detail and data management skills Flexibility to handle change and interact with a dynamic team. Result orientated with ability to manage multiple projects and meet competing timeframes in a fast-paced environment Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel) Proven experience in Cybergrants, Blackbaud GIFTS or other giving/volunteering software is a plus Proven experience in grants administration, volunteering, giving, fundraising or matching programs, events management and/or marketing/branding/communications is also a plus Understands the value of diversity in the workplace and is dedicated to fostering an inclusive culture in all aspects of working life so that people from all backgrounds receive equal treatment, realize their full potential and can bring their full, authentic selves to work
