Current employees and contingent workers click hereto apply and search by the Job Posting Title.iHeartMediaJob Summary:The Coordinator, Media Strategy & Planning supports two teams – the Media Strategy team and the Media Planning team.Media Strategy TeamOne of the responsibilities for the Media Strategy team is to create Event and Content Sponsorship media packages for the sales organization. Sponsorship packages include iHeartRadio Music Festival, Jingle Ball, iHeartRadio Music Awards, Can’t Cancel My Pride, Christmas Wish and many more.The Coordinator will assist the Director, Media Strategy in daily/weekly tracking of the sales pipeline for these packages and the creation of reporting that is sent daily to Sales Management and weekly to Sales Leadership and Finance. This includes follow-up with sellers to confirm deal status and weekly meetings with the Event and Finance team to make necessary adjustments to reporting.Additionally, impressions in sponsorship packages may need to be updated to reflect specific demos requested by sellers. The Coordinator will pull ACT1 reporting to obtain requested demo imps and update the packages.Media Planning TeamThe Media Planning team creates media schedules across Spot Radio, iHeartMedia Custom Network, SmartAudio, and Total Traffic & Weather Network.
