Construction Sales Rep – Scott System

We have the stability of a company that has been in business since 1975, but the atmosphere of a startup organization as we break into new markets and develop innovative ways to create new architectural concrete products for horizontal and vertical construction applications. We are currently seeking Construction Sales Professional who is creative, self-motivated, results driven and a strategic thinker.

Responsibilities of our Construction Sales Rep:

Increase sales by developing new relationships and penetrating new markets for formliners and CNC milling services
Work with existing customers to understand future needs for our products and services
Review contract plans to develop scope sheets that will be used for quote generation
Develop accurate and timely quotations
Work aggressively to turn every quote into a sale
Provide technical assistance and conduct technical presentations as needed to architects, engineers, and contractors

Qualifications for our Construction Sales Rep:

Bachelor degree in a technical field preferred
5+ years construction sales experience required
5+ years construction estimating experience required
Strong mechanical aptitude
Outstanding attention to detail
Outgoing personality and excellent communication skills
Computer proficiency required, project mgmt. experience preferred
