LiRo is currently seeking full-time Construction Inspectors for our Buffalo, NY and Rochester NY Offices.

Responsibilities

• Individuals will be responsible for the inspection of a major infrastructure rehabilitation project in downtown Rochester

Qualifications

• NICET Certification and/or 3-5 years of experience in construction inspection required
• Knowledge of construction materials, methods and procedures
• Ability to maintain field and office records and perform quantity computations
• Experience reading and interpreting plans and specifications
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Collaborate with multiple team members
• Ability to be punctual on work start times and be on the construction site at least 8 hours/day
• Maintains current Driver’s License
• Ability and coordination to safely maneuver around a construction site
